Refund Policy Overview
- Online and Downloadable Courses: Due to the nature of these, we do not offer refunds.
- Healing Sessions: Up to 7 days from purchase, we offer a 100% refund, as long as a session has not taken place. After 7 days, but up to 7 days or more prior to the first scheduled session, a 50% refund is available. After the first scheduled session has taken place, we do not offer refunds.
- Erotic Blueprint Sessions: Up to 7 days from purchase, we offer a 100% refund, as long as a session has not taken place. After 7 days, but up to 7 days or more prior to the first scheduled session, a 50% refund is available. After the first scheduled session has taken place, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds
Once the cancellation/refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. It can take 7-10 business days for a credit to show up on your statement, and for International transactions, this can take even longer.. If the credit has not shown up by that time, contact your bank or credit card company.
